Please read this section carefully before booking. By joining a Callan Bowl Meet N Greets trip, you agree to the following terms.

1. This Is Not a Guided Tour

Callan Bowl Meet N Greets are not guided tours and do not operate as a tour operator or travel agency.

Participants are not purchasing a tour package. Instead, you are joining a social meet-and-greet style group experience where individuals travel to the same destination during the same dates.

Callan Bowl is not acting as a tour guide, travel operator, or licensed travel provider.

2. Accommodation & Transport Bookings

Accommodation and transport arrangements may be assisted or coordinated by the organisers, but all bookings are made:

In the participant’s own name
Directly with the accommodation provider or transport company

This means the hotel, transport company, airline, ferry operator, or third-party provider is solely responsible for delivering that service.

Callan Bowl Meet N Greets accept no liability for delays, cancellations, service failures, or issues arising from those third-party providers.

3. Personal Responsibility

Participants are responsible for:

Their own travel insurance
Their own safety and behaviour
Any personal expenses outside agreed accommodation and group transport
Compliance with local laws and regulations

By attending, you acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks, including accidents, illness, delays, and unexpected events.

4. No Liability for Injury, Loss, or Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Callan Bowl, event organisers, and associated parties accept no liability for:

Personal injury
Illness
Death
Loss or damage to property
Travel disruption
Activities undertaken during the trip

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

5. Activities During the Trip

Participants may take part in optional social activities, nightlife, excursions, or local experiences during the trip.

These activities are not organised tours, and participation is always at the individual’s discretion and responsibility.

Any activities provided by third parties are the responsibility of those third-party providers.

6. Insurance Requirement

All participants must obtain valid travel insurance covering:

International travel
Medical treatment
Personal accidents
Activity participation

Failure to obtain adequate insurance is entirely the responsibility of the participant.

7. Behaviour & Removal

Organisers reserve the right to remove any participant from the group environment if their behaviour:

Puts others at risk
Breaks local laws
Causes serious disruption

No refunds will be provided in such circumstances.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By booking or participating in a Callan Bowl Meet N Greets experience, you confirm that:

You understand this is not a guided tour
You accept personal responsibility for your participation
You agree to these terms in full.
